Special Education
The number one priority of the Special Education Department is to ensure that all students receive the best educational experience possible. If your child is referred for special education services, this is a great opportunity to learn more about your child’s individual learning style. Your child will still receive a free appropriate public education, just the same as any other student. We place all children in the least restrictive environment to allow them to receive the best academic experience. More often than not, this is the general education classroom. We encourage parents to check out the special education resources listed at the side of this page for more information about your child’s disability and/or special education law.
