Welcome to Bruneau-Grand View!

At Bruneau-Grand View Joint School District, we want to see “Every Child Learning.” Located in the southwestern corner of Idaho, our small, tight-knit community is dedicated to the success of every child. Involved parents, caring citizens, and high-achieving students are just a few of the ingredients in our recipe to success.

We welcome you to our online home, where you can learn more about our exceptional schools, our student athletics programs, and all the special events that make our district stand out from the rest. We welcome community and parent involvement. Find out how you can help!

A Message from our Superintendent

Welcome to the Bruneau-Grand View Community!

At Bruneau-Grand View, we strive to provide exceptional, community-grounded learning opportunities for the children in our communities. We are proud that you are visiting our district website, where you can keep up-to-date and informed about our academic programs, activities, sporting events, and after-school activities.

We value your child’s education, and we support our teachers and staff in their professional development. A great education starts with strong classroom teachers, and an administration and school board who supports them. Many of us support your child’s education in our various roles as we contribute the success of the BGV student.

We recognize the importance of having parents involved in the educational process of their child. We work with parents as partners in education to support the physical and emotional needs of the child as a means to promote academic success. We ask our parents to encourage and lead the child to develop positive study habits at home, and make academic success a priority. Research suggests that when parents are actively involved in school, children generally achieve more, behave better, and are absent less often. Please consider involvement with your child’s school through PTA, PTO, boosters, coaching support, or volunteering in the classroom. There are also opportunities, from time to time, to serve on committees that aim to help improve our district, and we encouraged parents to consider serving on these committees.
